The Hollywood actor was reportedly deported from India after arriving without a valid travel visa. He flew from the UK on Saturday on a 1.30am British Airways flight to
Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport but was sent straight back. He
is said to have applied for an e-visa weeks before but only found out
it had been rejected when he landed in the country - where he was set to
promote tourism as a guest of the state.
Orlando, 38, reportedly
could have been allowed to stay for up to 72 hours by being issued a
temporary landing permit but he was sent back on the same day at 4am on a
BA flight.
