Kourtney Kardashian is joined by Kris Jenner as she takes daughter Penelope to visit Scott Disick at rehab centre in Malibu

Glam gran: Kris - who turned 60 this week - held her granddaughter Penelope 
Her mother Kris Jenner joined her for support and allowed her girl to spend some quality time with the self-proclaimed Lord Disick.
