The highly disaggregated state by terrorist group Boko Haram is said to reopen secondary November 16th.
Borno State government says that it would be re-opening public secondary
schools in the state on November 16th. Making the announcement during a
meeting with principals of secondary schools in Maiduguri today
November 4th, the state commissioner for Education, Inuwa Kubo, said
that only schools located in secured areas with adequate security would
be re-opened.
