Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez announce they are divorcing after just two years of marriage

Halle Berry as yet again called it quit from her now husband of two year, Olivier Martinez, after previous failed two marriage. The former couple have one son together, Maceo, aged two. Halle is thought to have filed for divorce first, with Olivier submitting his own petition late on Tuesday, according to TMZ.

In their joint statement the two said: 'It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son.'

'We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period.'

The former couple  were last seen together on October 17 while at a Halloween event in Sherman Oaks with her daughter Nahla from her relationship with model Gabriel Aubry
