Los Angeles airport employee who claims he was pushed to the ground by
Olivier Martinez in January is seeking at least $5 million in
compensation from the French actor and his Hollywood star wife Halle
Berry.

Owens was at work at LAX when Martinez, who'd flown in from Paris with
Berry and their two young children, allegedly used a baby's car seat to
shove him out of the way, causing him to fall backwards onto the floor.
According to TMZ,
Owens filed a lawsuit Monday that claims he was attacked for no
reason, that he was not in the family's path and he had every right to
be standing where he was since he was an employee at LAX.
