JAMB scraps use of scratch cards
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation
Board has scrapped the use of scratch cards for any of its transactions
and services, describing it as “archaic/Fraud,” its Registrar/Chief Executive,
Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, has announced.
