is planning to take action after she was almost wrestled to the ground

Serial prankster Vitalii Sediuk took a peek up her skirt and grabbed her leg as she stepped out for Paris Fashion Week, but he was quickly stopped by one of her bodyguards.
She also reportedly wants to get a restraining order - especially because this is the second time he has gone after her.
He later took to Instagram to explain why he ambushed her.
"I
was protesting Kim for using fake butt implants. I encourage her and
the rest of Kardashian clan to popularise natural beauty among teenage
girls who follow and defend them blindly," he wrote.
"P.s. I was sitting there outside the posh restaurant to use free
wifi and eating my ice-cream. When all of a sudden, the pack of
paparazzi came out and the car with Kim Kardashian. I swear I didn't
know she was going to be there. So I had to come out with an idea very
fast. Does it mean if I don't go to celebrities, they come to me? Lol."
It comes a week after he tried to lift model Gigi Hadid into the air and ended up being elbowed in the face.
Pictures show Kim looking back at the man, wearing a brown hat and
white shirt, before continuing quickly through the crowd as he was
pinned down by his head.
But she later acknowledged the incident, posting on Twitter: "My security @PascalDuvier is a G."
One fan wrote back to the star: "thank god he was there to keep you safe! Especially when you don't have Kanye with you."
