Johnny Depp allegedly abusive towards his wife Amber Heard, photos shows large bruise around her eye

30 year old actress  Amber Heard has been granted a temporary restraining order against her alleged abusive husband Hollywood actor johnny Depp. She submitted series of disturbing photos of  large bruise around her eye as evidence Depp hit her. She also claimed the multimillionaire dollar actor frequently, Physically and emotionally abused her in different occasions 

Amber Heard has claimed cocaine and booze turned her estranged husband Johnny Depp into a violent monster.

In court documents, where she states she was the victim of multiple domestic incidents during their 15-month marriage, Heard  said she 'lived in fear' of the Pirates of the Caribbean star and the idea he could return to the L.A. condominium they shared to 'terrorize me physically and emotionally.'

The 30-year-old actress and her lawyer Samantha Spector appeared at the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles on Friday where she filed for a domestic violence restraining order. 

In her declaration of petition for a restraining order, seen by DailyMail.com, Heard said:

 'Johnny has a long-held and widely acknowledged public and private history of drug and alcohol abuse.

'He has a short fuse. He is often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me as it has proven many times to be physically dangerous and/or life threatening to me.

'Johnny's relationship with reality oscillates, depending upon his interaction with alcohol and drugs. As Johnny's paranoia, delusions and aggression increased throughout out relationship, so has my awareness of his continued substance abuse.

'Because of this I am extremely afraid of Johnny and for my safety. I am petrified he will return at any moment to the Broadway residence to which he has full access to despite my repeated pleas to his security team to prevent otherwise and to protect me.'

Last Saturday, during a heated row, she said an 'inebriated and high' Depp had grabbed her cellphone, 'wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheeky and eye with great force,' the court filing states.

'He then forcibly pulled back my hair as I attempted to stand up from the sofa. 

'Johnny continued screaming at me, pulling my hair, striking me and violently grabbing my face.'

She said the attack only ended when a friend, who Heard had texted asking for help, arrived to their Broadway condominium. Depp left the property - but not before he picked up a magnum bottle of champagne and used it as a baseball bat to 'smash everything he could,' the documents state.

Depp had already left by time police arrived to the apartment after a friend of the couple called 911.

But LAPD Sgt. Marlon Marrache told PEOPLE that officers found 'no evidence of any crime.'

She was also granted the right to live in the family home, but failed in her bid for sole custody of one of the couple's dogs. 

The judge ruled against Heard however in her attempt to collect spousal support from Depp and have him cover her attorney fees.
