The world's most famous reality star met her doppelganger this week and Kim said Kamilla Osman - who bears an uncanny resemblance to the star - will make an appearance on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in the near future.

Kim and the fashion blogger and designer naturally posed for a string of selfies where they best pulled their best duck faces for camera.

Writing on her app the mum-of-two described Kamilla as "so sweet".

Earlier this week Kamilla was seen leaving a cosmetic surgery with Kim's best pal Jonathan Cheban .

Kamilla, who is based in Toronto, only joined Instagram late last year but quickly amassed an army of followers.
