
'love him or hate him' personality has seen him make the shortlist for both Hero and Villain of the Year gongs at the NME Award 2016 with Austin, Texas. The
divisive artist, 38, has had a high-profile year that's seen him
controversially headline Glastonbury, perform an eye-catching set at the
BRIT Awards and receive an honorary doctorate from the School of the
Art Institute in Chicago. Mr west faces stiff competition in both of
his categories, with David Cameron, George Osborne, Donald Trump, Simon
Cowell and Chris Moyles up for the villain award.
