CCTV captures man 'taking photos up woman's skirt' in shopping mall

The Metropolitan Police released CCTV images of an alleged voyeur accused of taking photos up the skirt of a woman in a shopping mall. The man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was caught on security camera at the Tandem Centre at Colliers Wood, London, around lunch time on November 5. Police said he had been browsing the store for some time before pretending to look at products behind the woman, allegedly putting his mobile phone between her legs and taking the picture. He left the centre when confronted by a security guard, who told him to delete the images. See photos after the cut.
