Oscar Pistorius pictured enjoying time with young cousins as he celebrates his birthday

 

Oscar Pistorius has been photographed grinning from celebrating his birthday surrounded by his young cousins. The sprinter, who was sentenced to nine years in jail for killing his then girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentines Day 2013, looked gaunt but relaxed as he held a baby on his lap.

The picture was snapped by his Aunt Lois and posted on Twitter to celebrate the disgraced Olympian's 29th birthday - the same age Reeva was when she died.

Fans of the double amputee athlete shared and liked the image, adding their own birthday greetings to the picture which was captioned 'Oscar Pistorius birthday today'.
