

Khloe Kardashian has given her fans some skin as she flaunts her back side when she takes part in an underwater spinning class as part of her grueling fitness regimen. In a new feature on her website khloewithak.com the 31-year-old star encourages her readers to indulge - but not too much.

explains:
'I eat what I want - in moderation. It's all about small
portions. That way I feel good, I eat what I want and I enjoy the
holiday.
'I
don't want to feel like I can't eat a cookie if I want a cookie! Making
sure it's just one cookie, though, keeps me from feeling guilty about
it.'
The E! star also tells her fans that there is no excuse not to workout.
'DO prepare some easy, at-home workouts if you're traveling and can't get to the gym.' she writes.
