The White House posted its own congratulations to the couple on its Facebook and Twitter pages, including a throwback photo contrasting with a new photo of the couple looking particularly loved up.

'Happy Anniversary, @POTUS and @FLOTUS!' read the tweet.

Oops! Michelle famously forgot the couple's first wedding anniversary back in 1993, only realizing when Barack asked her 'Well, what are we going to do on Saturday?'
