Rick Ross is being sued after his associate allegedly drugged and raped a woman after attending Cannabis Cup staff

 

Newly engaged Rapper Rick Ross is being sued by a woman who claims she was drugged in his van before being raped by his agent during Grammy weekend.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, alleges she was at the W Hotel in Los Angeles where she met up with the rapper and his entourage.

She claims they invited her to go to the Cannabis Cup, a marijuana trade show, and that she rode in a van with Ross, his agent Thaddeus 'Black' James, a DJ, three security guards and a driver.

During the ride, the woman alleges she was offered a drink that made her feel dizzy before she eventually passed out, according to the suit in which she is also suing James.

When she regained consciousness two hours later, she claims James was in the van with her.

She said she went back to his hotel room where she passed out again.

At 8am, she said she woke up and examined herself, realizing her clothes had been removed and alleges she had been sexually assaulted by James.

The 39-year-old rapper has been named in the suit because he rode in the van, and the woman claims since James worked for Ross and that it was his van, he should have been supervising James.

In happier times, Ross, whose real name in William Leonard Roberts II, became engaged last week to 21-year-old model Lira Mercer after popping the question with an 11 carat diamond ring worth $350,000.

The pair had reportedly been together for only a few months.
