She  adresses the speculation in a special video, available only to subscribers, entitled 'Kylie comes clean: They're real' and demonstrates exactly how she achieves her buxom look. 

She explains: 'I don’t share this with a lot of people, but everyone thinks I’ve gotten breast augmentation recently, but I haven’t,'
